This Shipping Policy describes how QudArsh handles shipping for orders placed on the QudArsh website.

• We offer standard shipping for all orders, with delivery estimated within 3–5 business days after the order is processed.
• Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee, with delivery estimated within 1–3 business days after the order is processed.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently only ship to addresses within Pakistan. We do not ship to international addresses.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Order Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
• You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation.

Delivery Issues

• If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact QudArsh Customer Support and we will investigate the issue.
• If your order is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us within 1 hour of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Change of Shipping Address

• If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
• We will make every effort to update the shipping address before the order is processed and shipped.
